By entering into the Agreement for the provision of services and membership in the MOVING WORLD studio, you become a member of the Moving World Club - a dance studio operated by the operator of the Moving World dance studio Ing. Kateřina Hajičová, with a place of business Hvozdnická 1049/6, 100 00, Praha 10 - Strašnice, IČO: 639 32 181, DIČ: CZ7362260433. Ing. Kateřina Hajičová is a natural person doing business according to the Trade Licensing Act not registered in the Commercial Register.
Along with the registration, you also get a MoneyBox (kasička), which is a virtual account. Membership of the Moving World Club is required at least for the duration of any studio’s event. Membership of the Moving World Club does not create an obligation to attend studio events. With this membership, you are allowed to use bonuses in the form of cashback, more in the section "Cashback, discounts and bonuses". Thanks to the membership you will receive news and offers from both the studio and cafe.
In case you miss a class from a particular course, which was purchased and paid, you can replace up to three classes in another parallel course (except for open classes, seminars, workshops, summer schools, etc.). Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to replace the class after the course. Missed classes cannot be refunded or deducted from other course fees. You can replace a missed class in any course that is not fully booked. It is not possible to replace the missed class from summer schools. It is necessary to make an appointment in advance by phone, e-mail or in person at the studio reception.
By signing up for any one-off class (Open Class), course, workshop, seminar, presentation or other event organised by Moving World, you become a participant. You undertake to comply with the internal guidelines relating to the protection of health, property and fire protection and to follow the instructions of the operator's personnel. Furthermore, you agree to abide by the operating rules of the entire Moving World studio (cafes, all halls, changing rooms, corridors and children's play area) where the event (classes, course, workshop, etc.) is held. Above all, you respect the strict prohibition of smoking and manipulation with open fire, use of suitable shoes for the event, non-destruction or deliberate destruction of studio property, etc. In the event of a violation of any part of the operating rules, your membership may be terminated. The Rules of Operation are publicly available on the website and at the reception of the studio. By registering for a Moving World studio event, you confirm your participation at your own risk. The operator is not responsible for any personal injury.
In case you suffer from any health issue, restriction or you are pregnant, consult your physician about whether dancing or exercise is appropriate for you at any studio event. It is always necessary to inform the teacher of the current class in advance. For persons under 18 years of age, this is the responsibility of his or her legal representative. If the adult participant or child suffers from any infectious or contagious disease, there is a need to notify the studio operator immediately. Neither Moving World nor its lecturers are responsible for any health damage.
In case a member discovers that his / her health condition does not allow him/her to continue in use of the services, or that such continuation could endanger his / her health, he/she is obliged to immediately notify the operator or its representatives (teachers/instructors) and immediately terminate the use of the services.
Lockers are available to store items (except for money and other valuables). The member is responsible for securely locking his locker. If the locker is not locked, the Company is not liable for damage to the items stored in it. It is necessary to clear the locker after leaving the class and leave it ready for another client. Lockers are used for storing clothes and objects only for the duration of the event for which the participant is duly registered. The sealed content will then be stored and available for collection at the studio reception for a maximum of 30 days.
The Operator of the Studio is not responsible for money or other valuables (especially mobile phones, notebooks) that the Member brought to the Studio if they are not stored….
For repeated participation (not for the first one-off class) at Moving World events, your previous registration - membership is required. It can be done either online at www.movingworld.cz or in person at your first visit to the studio reception. You will receive your own membership card, which will be credited (after payment) with the purchased class, course, pass, credit or bonuses, more in the section "Cashback, discounts and bonuses". With this card, you will always check-in at the reception before each visit and the card also serves to open the electronically controlled door to the dressing room. It is, therefore, necessary to always carry the card with you. The membership card is bound to your registration in the studio database including your photograph and is therefore non-transferable (applies only to the registered person). In case of loss or theft of the card, we will issue a duplicate for a fee of CZK 150 and cancel the original card.
Moving World offers gift vouchers for all studio events in various values - 300Kč / 500Kč / 1000Kč / 3000Kč, in a nice package with a possible personalised wish. Gift vouchers can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. The entire value of the gift voucher will be deposited in the MoneyBox (Kasička), from which you can either pay for the selected class, course or workshop, or you can retain a CZK credit in the MoneyBox to pay for the costs in the café. The voucher is portable. The voucher cannot be refunded or withdrawn in cash. It is necessary to apply for the studio event in advance. The voucher can be redeemed only once and in its full amount during the period of validity of the voucher, and at that time it can be delivered to the reception.
Studio Moving World offers, in addition to one-time entry, also several types of passes. To purchase a pass, you need to sign up / register in advance on our website at www.movingworld.cz and become a member of the Moving World Club free of charge. Buying a pass does not automatically entitle you to come to any Open Classes, but it is necessary to book a place at the class of your choice. Classes can be booked after the pass is paid.
The reservation must be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the class. The unused class then expires and will be deducted from your card. Each pass has a predetermined validity period, which cannot be changed or extended in any way. After the pass expires, no compensation for classes is possible. Each pass has a predetermined number and type of classes that can be attended to the pass. This information is included with each class ticket, and we recommend that you take a look at the classes before you buy the ticket. Permanent passes are not transferable, but you can pay more than one ticket per class (e.g. for a friend).
The pass does not apply to closed courses, weekend workshops, dance, summer camps and events held in the Moving World studio by a third party.
Please do not discard the chip card after using all the classes provided by the selected pass. Please keep it for your next pass or course. In case you no longer attend the Moving World Studio after your pass is expired, please return your card at the studio reception.
In addition to a one-time entry and regular passes, Moving World also offers several types of open card pass. An open card pass is not limited by the exact number of classes, unlike a regular pass. In order to purchase an open card pass, it is necessary to sign up / register in advance on our website www.movingworld.cz and become a member of the Moving World Club free of charge. Purchasing an open card pass does not automatically entitle you to attend any Open Class or course, but it is necessary to book a place at the selected class/course in advance. Classes can be booked by paying for an open card pass.
The reservation must be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the class. The unused class then expires and will be deducted from your card. Each open card pass has a limited validity period, which cannot be changed or extended in any way. No compensation is possible after the open card pass expires. This information is included with each open card pass, and we recommend that you review the classes before you buy an open card pass. You can attend Open Classes as well as individual classes in closed courses with the open card pass, but only if there is a free space (the capacity of the course will not be full). An open card pass is non-transferable, i.e. it is only valid for one specific person that is listed in the studio database.
Open card passes do not provide access to weekend workshops, dance, summer camps and events held at Moving World by a third party.
When selecting and booking classes, please pay attention to the sequence of classes, so that the classes of your choice do not overlap in time. It is not possible to attend multiple classes at the same time, with only partial attendance. This will disrupt the course of the class and endanger your health, see the “late arrival” clause.
Please do not discard your chip card after the open card pass expires. Please keep it for your next open card pass, pass or course. If you no longer attend the Moving World Studio events after the expiration of the open card pass, please return your card at the studio reception.
If a participant cancels his / her reservation for an event (Open Class, course, workshop, etc.), he/she is obliged to inform Moving World in writing by e-mail at recepceMmovingworld.cz or by calling 420 607 895 002 at least 7 days before the event. Cancellation Policy is bound to the date when the message was received. If the participant provides a substitute (another client) for him/her, no cancellation fee applies to this change. In the case of workshops, special and summer events, the cancellation fee is a non-refundable deposit. In other cases, the following conditions shall apply:

If the course fee is returned to the bank account, the transfer will be made within 14 days.
If during the semester you find that the selected course does not suit you, you have the option to transfer to another course that is not fully booked and therefore has free capacity. We will solve any financial difference either by returning the overpayment to your membership card or by paying the difference.
The operator reserves the right that in specific cases the event can be cancelled by the Moving World studio. If no alternative date of the event is set, the rest of the course fee will be returned to you without any administrative fees, or we will be transferred to another event. In case of short-term absence of lecturer/lecturer, Moving World will provide adequate compensation in the form of another lecturer. In exceptional situations, Moving World can cancel or move a particular class/course. You will be informed about this fact by phone or email. We reserve the right to cancel your participation in a class, course, workshop or another event immediately in case of violation of this rule.
