Information on the processing of personal data

 

MOVING WORLD dance studio run by Ing. Kateřina Hajičová, with place of business Hvozdnická 1049/6, 100 00, Praha 10 - Strašnice, Company ID: 639 32 181, Tax ID: CZ7362260433, a natural person doing business according to the Trade Licensing Act not registered in the Commercial Register (hereinafter referred to as Studio)

pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC Ordinance, (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation)

  1. Who is the Personal Data Administrator?
    Ing. Kateřina Hajičova, with place of business Hvozdnická 1049/6, 100 00, Praha 10 - Strašnice, Company ID: 639 32 181, Tax ID: CZ7362260433, a natural person doing business according to the Trade Licensing Act not registered in the Commercial Register as the operator of the MOVING WORLD Dance Studio (hereinafter referred to as Studio) as controller, hereby informs on the basic principles and principles under which, as controller of personal data within the meaning of Articles 13 and 14 of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL in connection with the provision of its services, it handles the personal data of its members or other persons (hereinafter collectively referred to as “data subjects”). All procedures are governed by the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and implementing internal regulations of the Studio, which aim to ensure even greater security in the processing of personal data.
  2. What information / personal data do we process, the legal basis of processing?
    The data we process includes data processed under your consent, the information we process for the purpose of performing the contract, i.e. the data specified in the agreement or order, as well as the data we process based on a legal obligation resp. legitimate interests. These are identification data (name and surname), address data (address of residence or permanent residence), contact information (telephone, email), descriptive data (date of birth) and portrait (membership card). We do not process any special (sensitive) personal information.
  3. From which sources do we obtain the personal data?
    We collect personal information directly from you, from public sources (including information from social networks and the Internet that you publish about yourself).
  4. For what purposes do we process this data?
    We process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual and legal obligations, legitimate interests of the administrator, offering Studio products and collaborating third parties, or inquiring about Studio products and services (i.e. sending orders), profiling, statistical and mathematical analysis, segmentation, reporting, etc. in order to adapt our offer to your needs and improve the services provided. Your data is processed with your consent. The legitimate interest of the administrator, in this case, is, in particular, the registration of entities for subsequent marketing evaluation and use by the administrator. The administrator can also use it for reporting and promotional purposes in connection with the event (web, Facebook, Instagram), also via lecturers.
  5. How do we process these personal data?
    The processing of your personal data can be both manual and automated and takes place in Studio information systems.
  6. To whom do we pass on your personal data?
    We do not pass your personal data to other controllers (i.e. persons who would further process your personal data) outside of the Studio, and we may pass it on to other controllers only in connection with the fulfilment of our legal obligations (in particular transfer to state authorities, auditors etc.). Your personal information will not be transferred to any third country. The exception is the communication of your name + surname to the lecturers because of the possible, desirable contact between the participant and the lecturer.
  7. How long do we keep your personal information?
    Your consent remains valid and effective for the duration of the contractual relationship or until you withdraw the consent. In case you do not become our customer or supplier, your consent will be valid for 3 years from its granting. Upon expiration and effectiveness of your consent, your personal data will only be deleted or processed to the extent and for the purposes for which your consent is not required by law.
  8. How can you withdraw your consent?
    Consent is voluntary; therefore, you can reject to grant it or withdraw your consent at any time. Failure to grant or withdraw consent does not have any effect on your contractual relationship with the Studio and on the use of our products and services for which such consent is not necessary or necessary by the nature of the relationship. You may withdraw your consent in person at the Studio or in hard copy delivered via the contact details below. In case of the consent withdrawal, we will assume that you no longer wish to continue processing your personal data for marketing purposes, and any other previously granted marketing consent will also be deemed withdrawn.
  9. What are your legal rights when processing personal data?
    You have the right require information about the processed personal data of yours, especially information about the processing purpose, category of personal data processed, recipients of your personal data, available information about the personal data source, if not obtained directly from you, time of personal data storage. If you find or believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your private and personal life or violation of the law, especially if personal data are inaccurate with respect to the purpose of their processing, you can ask for an explanation, or request removing the situation. This is related to your right to request a correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing. From 25 May 2018, you have the right to object to the processing as well as the right to transfer your personal data or to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
