Ballet lessons are intended for all ballet enthusiast older than 15 years who want to improve the correct posture, improve physical condition and get the elegance of movement. The lesson also focuses on strengthening various muscle areas, movement coordination, sense of balance and rhythm. The class begins with warming up and stretching, then exercises with ballet elements both at the barre and in space, later with step and jumping steps variations.
