Flamenco | Styles | Moving World

Teachers & Instructors:

Flamenco is a music and dance culture, coming from the south of Spain, from Andalusia. It evolved among gipsy communities who travelled from India through Pakistan and Egypt in the 15th century. That is why flamenco's Gypsy culture blends with Spanish, Indian, Jewish and Arabic.
Flamenco is very feminine, raw and passionate. It will emphasise your earthiness and strength, straighten your spine and open your confidence. Thanks to flamenco, even though you are dancing without a partner, you are not alone, but you are unique. Perhaps no dance is a greater honour of femininity.
Increasing of self-awareness via practising flamenco is suitable for everybody regardless of their age, physical disposition and experience with dancing.
