Nela Strnadová

Nela has been dancing since she was six years old. Before studying at the Prague Dance Conservatoire, she devoted herself to ballet, ballroom dancing and her own choreography. During her conservatory studies in 1999-2007, Nela represented the school on stages both in the Czech Republic and abroad, as well as during various international ballet competitions. She participated in several dance seminars and summer courses. At the same time, she was a member of the Bohemia Ballet ensemble at TK. After successful graduation, she became a part of the National Theater Ballet in Prague. During her time at the National Theater Ballet, she was dancing both classical and modern dances of prominent ballet creators and contemporary choreographers, e.g., J. Cranko, A. Bournonville, G. Balanchine, M. Petipa, J. Kylián, P. Zuska, L Vaculik, J. Kodet, O. Naharin, M. Ek, Y. Vamos and others. Besides that, she devotes herself to pedagogical and choreographic activities, with experience in both individual and group teaching. Her approach is very kind and comprehensive, working very effectively with small children.
